Our quality management process is based on strict requirements and operates based on the overall principle of considering quality as a combination of all processes and activities. Each order is fulfilled using these criteria from inquiry to project completion and presupposes close collaboration with you as the customer.
In optical measuring the form and trim are determined in relation to the setpoint. This setpoint is determined based on the 3D data record and the drawing. Without high-resolution digitizer, we can create three-dimensional measurement data quickly and precisely. The measurement is made using light. In this way sheet metal and molded parts, as well as tools, are measured and digitized without contact. Each point of the scanned area can then be analyzed.
With tactile measurement the form and trim of sheet metal parts are also determined in relation to the 3D data record as well as the drawing. The process lasts longer than optical measurement because of the scanning, but the results have a very high precision level.
Macroscopic connection analyses
In processing various materials, MIG, MAG, spot welding and projection welding seams as well as punch rivet and clinch connections are ground and etched. In macroscopic connection analyses these connections are examined under the macroscope and measured. The measured values are then compared with setpoint values, evaluated and used for determining the quality. We create digital test documentation that represents the graphically measured connections.
Our high quality consciousness was officially confirmed through certification under IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and VDA 6.4. Our inspection room is an important part of the process chain for constant quality controls of tools, pressed parts and components.
