In the agriculture sector we typically produce smaller lot sizes and greater varieties than in the automotive sector. Costs are nonetheless reduced by using intelligent production strategies and modular tool systems. Our components are used in steps on tractors, in cabins, in the engine compartment, in attachments or as parts for threshing chambers on combine harvesters.
Because of our own tool shop, we are able to support companies in the event of bottlenecks or to provide them with permanent support as an external supplier. Our high-precision tools are developed through close collaboration with the development and production divisions. We use the most current CAD and CAM systems and then mill the tool elements on our modern CNC milling machines. Short decision-making paths allow us to respond quickly and flexibly to challenges and to map process steps such as modification and completion as quickly as possible. Our services for you include simulation and method planning, mechanical processing and the tryout for toolmaking. In laser beam cladding and hardening we also perform preliminary work for mold and die construction.
Hygiene is a key factor, especially for food and household goods. Thus higher functionality is important for products in the white goods industry. We manufacture high quality parts for all customers we for the “white goods”, for which this sector is named. These include components for freezers, washing machines and dishwashers, as well as dryers and stoves.
